Day Three – Pezula
A nice drive from the 16th to 17th
We’re at Pezula. Absolutely stunning. We are again blessed with great weather! The course has some very interesting and challenging holes as they follow the contours of the Eastern Knysna Head. Situated so high up, you have beautiful views of the ocean and the Knysna Lagoon.
Par 5 – 12th
The par-5 12th hole has probably one of the best views on the course as it plays downhill all the way with a meandering fairway to the green. The ball has some serious hang-time and helps to to get that extra bit of distance. It was no problem for Mr Paul McGuiness as he hit a great drive, perfect 5-iron and a nice uphill putt for eagle.
Knysna Lagoon view on the 8th
After our golf and a light snack on the Pezula deck, we headed back to the train for a scenic route over the Outeniqua Pass while enjoying lunch.
